The crime rate in the Central Florida area is up!
Unfortunately, our beautiful neighborhood has not escaped this statistic.

Please be watchful and DO NOT confront anyone looking suspicious, dial 9-1-1.

Also, please remember to ALWAYS lock your vehicles and NEVER leave anything of value inside.
This includes laptops, wallets/purses, GPS devices, documents etc.

Lastly, please remember to ALWAYS lock all your doors at night. 
This includes garage, pool and screen doors.  And remember to arm your alarm system!

Criminals don’t like being seen, if you see anything suspicious, report it immediately.
